We want you to feel like royalty in your Selkie pieces, but if your item isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
